I had a cozy and comfortable stay at Villa Alejandra Hotel Boutique. The air conditioning in the room was great, keeping me cool during hot days. The rooms were tastefully decorated, adding a touch of elegance to my stay. The staff, especially Laura, went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The cozy and simple rooms were comfortable, with cute decor that added a nice touch. The location was great, just a short walk from the main area, allowing us to easily explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, being close to the diving center was a major convenience for our diving holiday.
We experienced some noise during our stay due to ongoing construction nearby. This made it difficult to sleep in late and affected our overall experience.

This hotel was a great find! the location was ideal - it was situated in a quiet neighborhood, a bit away from the touristy center but still just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms on the second floor were spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony, microwave, and fridge - perfect for those who prefer some self-catering options. Additionally, the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and room service deserves a special mention. this hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and all the basic amenities one would need.

The hotel is not located close to the center, but it is in a safe area where two younger women can walk around at night. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning. There is a pool in a lovely courtyard with shaded areas and big oversized flower pots. The breakfast offers a choice between peanut butter or butter and jelly toast.
The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

the staff was friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. the mattress was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. the room amenities were top-notch, with AC, a fan, a fridge, and a small kitchen. It felt like everything was newly built and luxurious. the location was perfect, with authentic and delicious local restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. Despite not being in the city center, it was only a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. I particularly loved the pool and the rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying a sunset beer. the room service was exceptional, with daily cleaning and even doing the dishes if we used the kitchen. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Cons: All was perfect! 👌.

Stayed here for Christmas and the hotel was located in a convenient spot, close to many restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was nice and not crowded, which was a plus. , they offered a continental breakfast which was basic but enough to start the day.
The hotel had ongoing construction work which was quite loud and started early in the morning. The room had an unpleasant smell and the air conditioning unit was not working properly.

We enjoyed the two unexpected complimentary amenities, strong wifi, and cable TV. the location was perfect, surrounded by a charming local neighborhood with fantastic street food options. We appreciated being in the hub of local life. we found the staff to be incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had a lovely stay.
the payment system was confounding, as we were unable to use our card for the second stay and were instead asked to pay cash upon arrival.
